Using my personal and professional experiences to help others through ADHD books and PTSD books.
Thanks for taking the time to visit my site and if there is anything that you are looking for that isn’t listed here or on any of the other pages, then don’t hesitate to contact me; I’m always happy to help.
I created these PTSD books with the intention of being able to help people overcome their problems at a pace that they choose when they choose. It isn’t always convenient for either me to come to you or you to come to me, these ADHD and PTSD books, and books on abuse allow me to help you, no matter what part of the world you reside in.
We all learn at different paces, and some of us don’t like to speak to strangers about our problems. Other people don’t mind talking with a professional counsellor or life coach because they know that they can say whatever they think or feel and it will be in absolute confidence. Having a professional counsellor who has personally experienced many of the issues that you may be dealing with is an important part of beginning the recovery process.
These PTSD books are written with the intention of helping you avoid the mistakes that I have already made in life. They also can help you understand why we deal with things the way we do and what we can do to change our behavior.
If you want to speak to me about any of the problems that are facing you, then please feel free to message me through the Contact Page. If you download one of my eBooks and have any questions or would like to discuss any issues further, I am available and happy to speak with you. I have authored several PTSD Books and ADHD books and they are listed below.
